Armando & Peggy

Last weekend Peggy Newfield from Latin American Escapes one of our wholesalers and best friends visited us, she is participating on Expotur 2013 but she decided to arrive a few days earlier to visit some areas in Guanacaste and central inland. Our guide Alex Arias took us to El Viejo Wetlands, great place to learn about some Costa Rica traditions and for nature lovers, we also visited the town of Guaitil homeland of artisans in Guanacaste where we witnessed how they make pottery and other traditional crafts. Then we visited some of the most beautiful white and pink sand beaches like Mansita, Avellanas, Tamarindo and Sugar Beach located in the Pacific coast where you can find great beach resorts like JW Marriott Guanacaste, Tamarindo Diria, Capitan Suizo and Bosque de Mar. Another areas Peggy visited were Rincon de la Vieja great place for hiking, have a volcanic mud bath and be surrounded by nature and Arenal one of the most well known places for its perfect volcano cone and all the different attractions you can find here for the whole family like: zip lining, rappelling, biking, rafting, hanging bridges, organic farms, etc. Since her last visit to Costa Rica she is very impress with the new attractions and developments she visited on this trip. Great time with Peggy and Alex, thank you both.
