Perfect for Summer time!

This waterfall is a hidden treasure of the Guanacaste Province you should not miss if you are around!

The entrance to the waterfall is located 3.7 miles from Bagaces in route to Liberia, from this point turn to left and you will reach the waterfall at 1.2 more miles.

There is a big parking space and the hike to the waterfall takes less than 5 minutes. It has a beautiful pond with white sands and swimming is safe.

The waterfall is about 66 feet high and about 130 feet wide. The river were the waterfall is located is the Potrero River.

There is a contribution fee to visit the waterfall, however, this is a great way to help the Llanos del Cortéz Local School while enjoy one of great nature places of Guanacaste!
