Learn first hand from the owner of Paraiso Quetzal about conservation programs in the highland communities of Cerro de la Muerte and about Martin and Silvia Salazar who have lived over 50 years in the Cloud Forest of Siberia and their black berry wine making and cultivation of shitake mushrooms.

Join us and enjoy this truly  local and unique cultural experience. A  homemade lunch with local ingredients from their own farm is included.
